Where is Pride held ?The Walsall Pride Festival will be held in the Walsall Arboretum Extension, Broadway North, WS12QB

Do we need Tickets ?Tickets Will be required for the Walsall Pride Festival book via the website www.walsallpride.org/events-tickets

What are the Ticket Types and Cost for Walsall Pride FestivalAdult / Concessions Final Release tickets are £6 for Adults, £4.50 for Concessions Under 12s are Free Pay on the day will be Subject to availability and will be £10 for everyone

What items are Permitted / What to Bring to Walsall Pride FestivalPermitted / What to Bring You can bring the following items to Walsall Pride Festival Wallet with cash/card & government approved ID Factory sealed small water bottle (max 1L, must have an intact factory seal) Fully charged phone and battery pack (tag us on socials with #walsallpride) Non-professional cameras Flags, banners or hand made signs (no hard poles, no corporate/company branding except for Approved Sponsors, and no signs promoting illegal activity or hate speech) Small bags, backpacks or purses (these will be searched upon entry) Sunscreen and rain ponchos Children under 10, and those with severe medical requirements, may bring limited pre-made food on-site, at discretion of security (proof may be required) Small Foldable chair, stool or camping chair Blankets Your best pride outfit! Read the Code of Conduct in advance

Items Not Permitted on the Walsall Pride Festival SitePlease do not bring anything on this list to the Walsall Pride Festival as it will be confiscated by security at the entrance. Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon (including but not limited too, pen knives and cutlery) Any Food items, drinks or alcohol (Only a sealed bottle of Water upto 1L is permitted - We have stalls selling cold drinks, hot drinks, alcohol and food) Stickers, flyers, or advertising material, without prior written permission Tent’s, bean bags, inflatable chairs or loungers. (Small Foldable chairs are permitted) Fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, Chinese lanterns, laser equipment/pens, toy guns, water guns, slingshots Illegal substances (incl. laughing gas/balloons) Glass of any kind (A small bottle of perfume/aftershave is however permitted upto 50ml) Personal motorised vehicles (except a mobility scooter), or drones Unauthorised professional photography, film or video equipment Klaxons, air horns, megaphones, portable speakers (or other similar items capable of making loud noise) Anything else not permitted by the Code of Conduct This list is not exhaustive and our security team will have final say on entry to the festival site

Are Children Allowed to attendAbsolutely Walsall Pride is for everyone, There may also be children's rides and inflatables available. However children must be accompanied by an adult and a ticket will be needed for everyone that attends Concession Tickets are available for Young people aged 12-17, Over 65s, Disabled and Carer (1 per disabled attendee) ​ We are also offering Free Tickets for Children 11 years or under (max 3 per every paying adult)

Can I leave the festival site and re enterYes, your tickets will be exchanged for a wristband, as long as you dont remove your wristband you will be allowed re-entry, this will be subject to security checks.

Do i need to print off my ticketsYou can present them digitally on your phone to be scanned and exchanged for your wrist band. Look out for our Ticket Exchange day to enable the collection of your wristbands before the event which will help to speed up entry

What is the Latest time we can enter the EventLast Entry is 6pm

Will there be ToiletsWe will have portaloos available as wel as urinal units to help keep ques down as well as an accessible toilet within the festival site

Is Alcohol permittedAllthough you wont be allowed to bring any alcohol onto site with you we will have licenced bars where you will be able to purchase drinks within the event space

Will I be able to get food and drinkWe will have a variety of food traders at the event as well as Licenced bars

Is there any cover if it RainsBoth our Dance Arena and Cabaret stage are under cover in our Marquees

Will i be in any photos or videosplease note that you may be filmed or photographed this is a condition of entry. if you do not wish to be included then please inform a member of the team and we will do our best to exclude you but offer no guarantee - sorry
